Vào rạng sáng ngày 1/7, Ice Frog đã bất ngờ tung ra phiên bản DotA 6.78c. Đây có thể xem như là phiên bản vá cuối cùng của DotA 6.78 khi mà giải đấu The International 3 sắp tới gần. Dưới đây là một vài thay đổi trong map 6.78c

- Cooldown của skill Rage tăng từ 15 lên 17s.

- Cooldown của skill Flamebreak tăng từ 11 lên 14s

- Movement bonus của skill Tether giảm từ 20 xuống 17%

- Số lần block damage của skill Living Armor giảm từ 7 xuống 4/5/6/7

- HP bonus từ Ultimate Chemical Rage giảm từ 300/600/900 xuống 250/500/750

- Attack Range của Gyrocopter giảm từ 375 xuống 365
